Emeline has lived in Wilmington for 40 years. She
graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill with a BA degree. After being very active in
community affairs, Emeline became a realtor in 1987. For 5
years she was an on-site agent for Landfall Assoc. In 1992
she affiliated with Intracoastal Realty where she has
consistently been in the top ten percent of the company in
closed sales.
Emeline is a full time agent. She has
received the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited
Buyer Representative (ABR) and Recreation and Resort Specialist (RRS) real estate designations and
specializes in waterfront and golf course communities as
well as general brokerage in the Wilmington area. She
takes pride in providing services to her buyers and
sellers long after the sale, and she makes real estate a
pleasure!
